The livestock team have set up a separate blog documenting their experiences of cooking a pig’s head to make brawn. The blog will help livestock members learn from each others experiences and hopefully de-mystify the whole ‘nose to tail eating’ thing. Being considerate of the vegetarian/vegan members Tracey thought it would be kind to put this on a separate blog and not on the main DCF blog.
