The livestock project are considering branching out into geese for Christmas. At the moment, costs are looking like roughly £40 for an organic fed bird but this isn’t set in stone as yet as it depends on how many people sign up, how much housing costs etc At the moment we think we would need 50% of the cost upfront to enable us to buy the goslings and their food. Please be aware you would also have to pluck and clean your own bird.
