The first Farm Work Day has been a great success, a good number of people turned out to bash posts into the ground and tied on chicken wire to make a fence to hopefully keep the bunnies at bay.  About three quarters of the 100m x 12m plot was fenced, and within that area a smaller section was created using corrugated iron sheets to protect the veg most vulnerable to pests.  After all the hard work the group retired to the Fighting Cocks for a few pints of Sweeny Todd, baguettes and jacket potatoes.  Thanks for all your hard work.
